Performance Services

Headway’s Total Quality Management (TQM) program helps us to regulate job performance, maintain high quality standards, reduce turnover and increase client satisfaction. The TQM program has extensive procedures in place for order fulfillment (30 minute confirmation) and employee management (15 minute Arrival Check, 4 hour Performance Confirmation, weekly Quality Assurance Check), all documented via VuRV, our proprietary tracking software.
